Refund Policy

This notice describes returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligible requests

In practical terms, we accept returns of defective and non-defective goods, and exchanges are accepted subject to available inventory. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong item. Damage, defects, an incorrect item, missing contents, or a material difference from the description also qualify for review.

Condition and 30-day period

Only new, unused merchandise in its original condition is eligible. Original packaging, labels, tags, and included accessories must remain with it. Start the request within 30 days after delivery.

Mail return process

Provide the order number, checkout email, and an explanation. For damage, defects, wrong shipments, or missing pieces, include photos or video of the product and packaging. Do not mail a return before authorization. The free return label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged.

Refund completion

After approval, a refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days. Exchange fulfillment depends on stock.
